Product Introduction

D941F46 electric fluoropolymer-lined flange butterfly valve

D941F46 adopts an electric actuator, flange connection, and lining butterfly valve structure. The current page has a diameter of DN50-DN1000, pressure of PN10/PN16, valve body field of WCB, and lining field of PFA/FEP.

How to configure the electric actuator?

The actuator should be configured according to the valve opening and closing torque, project power supply, switch or adjustment requirements, valve position feedback, and on-site protection requirements. AC220V, AC380V, and 4–20mA are all possible configurations, not the default values for all products.

PFA and FEP lining

The current page parameter field is PFA/FEP, and the specific material is determined based on the medium, temperature, and pressure. This page does not use PTFE as the default configuration.

Secondary worm gear reduction mechanism

Larger electric butterfly valves can be equipped with corresponding reduction mechanisms according to the required output torque; Whether to use a two-stage worm gear and transmission ratio should be determined based on the actual actuator and valve torque.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is D941F46 set to AC380V by default?

Not default, should be confirmed based on the actual executing agency and project power supply conditions.

Do all D941F46 support 4–20mA adjustment?

No, switch type and regulating type belong to different actuator configurations.

D941F46 needs to specify PTFE lining. Can we directly order according to the existing configuration?

We need to obtain the corresponding lining and structural data first, and then verify the medium, temperature, and pressure. The current PFA/FEP configuration cannot be directly regarded as the PTFE configuration, and the actual materials should be clearly stated when ordering.
