Working principle

When the main flow can meet the system requirements, the bypass return flow decreases accordingly; When the main flow rate decreases, the valve increases bypass reflux through an internal mechanism, allowing some medium to return to the designated position in the system. The specific action relationship, minimum flow rate, and bypass pressure difference should be based on the actual product design and pump operating conditions calculation.

Why can't we just choose by caliber?

The automatic reflux valve is directly related to the operating conditions of the pump. In addition to the pipe diameter, it is also necessary to confirm the minimum allowable flow rate, normal flow rate, inlet and outlet pressure, bypass reflux position, and medium conditions of the pump.
