Horizontal lifting spring check valve structure

The H41H-16C horizontal lifting spring type double flange check valve adopts a lifting valve disc structure, and is assisted by a spring to close the valve disc. When the positive flow of the medium generates sufficient pressure difference, the valve disc opens. When the flow rate decreases or there is a trend of reverse flow, the spring and the reverse action of the medium jointly urge the valve disc to close.

What is the function of a spring?

The spring assists disc return. Spring stiffness, opening differential pressure and closing response depend on valve size, structure and operating conditions.

PN16 and Class150 need to be confirmed separately

The available configurations are PN16 and Class150 configurations. The two belong to different standard systems and cannot be understood as completely equivalent to PN16 and Class150. The actual product should be confirmed separately based on the flange used, design standards, materials, and pressure and temperature ratings.

WCB and CF8 material selection
