Product Introduction

D941F46-16C electric FEP fluoropolymer-lined flange butterfly valve

D941F46-16C adopts electric drive and flange connection. The F46 in the model corresponds to the FEP lining system and cannot be written as PTFE (F4). The current page caliber is DN50-DN500, with pressure configurations of PN16, Class150, and JIS10K.

Why can't F46 be written as PTFE?

F46 is a common engineering abbreviation for FEP, while PTFE is often referred to as F4. PFA, FEP, and PTFE belong to different materials. If other linings can be selected for the project, the materials should be separately specified in the order.

Multi standard pressure configuration

PN16, Class150, and JIS10K belong to different standard systems, and flange dimensions, materials, and pressure temperature ratings should be checked separately.

Electric control configuration

The power supply, switch or adjustment method, control signal and feedback requirements are determined according to the actual executing mechanism, and AC220V, AC380V, DC24V or 4–20mA are not considered as the unified default configuration.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is F46 the same as PTFE?

No, F46 corresponds to FEP; PTFE is commonly referred to as F4.

Is PN16 exactly the same as Class150?

No, they should be checked according to their respective standards.

Does the electric fluoropolymer-lined butterfly valve support 4–20mA by default?

Not default, corresponding adjustable actuators need to be configured.
