LTD971X-16Q adopts an electric actuator and a convex ear type centerline soft seal butterfly valve structure. The current diameter is DN40-DN600 and the pressure is PN10/PN16/Class150.

What is the difference between protruding ear style and regular clip on style?

The protruding valve body is equipped with independent support ears or threaded protruding ears. During installation, the strength of the flange holes, bolts, and protruding ears should be checked. Whether to allow unilateral tube disassembly or end service should be based on the specific product design.

Soft sealing materials need to be confirmed separately

The actual valve seat may use EPDM, NBR or other soft sealing materials, which should be determined based on the medium and temperature, and cannot be inferred solely based on the LTD971X model.
