Product Introduction

The T type/L type electric three-way reversing flange ball valve refers to an electric three-way ball valve that can be composed of an electric actuator and a three-way flange ball valve body. The electric actuator can be selected from switch type and adjustment type. The switch type has passive contact feedback, and the adjustment type can be selected from 0-10V, 4-20ma analog signal proportional adjustment. Commonly used voltage types include AC220V, DC24V, AC380V, etc. The valve body is divided into L type and T type, which are used in different flow directions

Common problems in product selection

Should I choose L or T to achieve two-way switching for TQ944F?

Please provide interface diagrams for connecting and disconnecting each operating position first, and then verify the opening of the ball core and the stopping position of the actuator. The achievable flow paths of L and T are different, and cannot be selected solely based on the three-way name.

Will the three-way ball valve briefly connect two media during the switching process?

Need to verify the core opening, overlap angle, and switching path; The correct steady-state flow path does not mean that the transition process will not be connected. When mixing of two media is prohibited, this requirement should be included in the technical specifications and the applicable plan should be confirmed.

Can TQ944F manually switch the flow path after power failure?

It is necessary to first confirm whether the equipped electric mechanism has a manual device and switching interlock, and operate it after isolating the drive according to the corresponding instructions. Do not forcefully turn the handwheel while the electric mechanism is running.
