The pressure gauge cannot display pollutants in the air

The pressure gauge reflects the pressure at the measuring point and does not directly tell the user how many particles, oil mist, or water vapor are in the air. The qualified compressor outlet does not necessarily mean that the remote valve interface is always qualified; Corrosion, maintenance residues, and low point fluid accumulation in conveying pipelines may all alter the condition of the end of use. To evaluate the quality of gas sources, the sampling location and actual usage status should be clearly defined.

First, list the pneumatic components of the complete set of valves: actuators, solenoid valves, filtering and pressure reducing devices, and positioners for regulating purposes. The pressure dew point must be viewed together with the coldest usage environment

Pressure dew point is a temperature indicator at which air begins to condense under corresponding pressure conditions. Indoor inspection of normal gas supply may experience different temperatures when entering the outdoor pipeline section or near low-temperature equipment during winter. When designing, the coldest section, shutdown, and seasonal changes should be listed, and the drying conditions should be checked. It is not enough to only use the room temperature of the compressor room.

The dew point requirements and equipment configuration should be jointly confirmed. Filters do not necessarily have the function of reducing the dew point of water vapor; The selection of drying equipment should also consider flow rate, pressure, and operating conditions. When there is no corresponding information, do not write a fixed dew point value applicable to all pneumatic accessories on the valve purchase order, let alone infer that the requirements are met throughout the year based on a single drainage situation.

Oil lubrication is not a universal improvement method for all pneumatic components

Some components allow or require specified lubrication methods, while others are designed without additional lubrication air. The type, concentration and subsequent continuous oil supply conditions of the oil shall correspond to the actual sealing and manufacturer's requirements. Randomly adding oil mist on site may change the usage conditions of the entire air circuit, and is not the default treatment when the pneumatic valve does not move smoothly.
