JIS10K swing check valve

H44W-10K adopts a rotary valve disc structure. When the medium flows forward, the valve disc is pushed open. When the flow rate decreases or there is a tendency for backflow, the valve disc closes, thereby restricting the reverse flow of the medium.

JIS10K cannot be simply written as PN16

JIS 10K is a pressure-class designation in the JIS system. Allowable working pressure depends on the material, design temperature and applicable standard; it is not a fixed conversion to PN16 or one universal MPa value.

Material selection

The current parameter table lists SCPH2, SCS13, and SCS14 materials. The corrosion resistance and pressure temperature capability of different materials vary, and should be selected according to the medium, temperature, and project material requirements.

Installation and flange

Selection requires confirmation of medium flow direction, installation direction, JIS flange size, and pipeline standards. Different standard systems cannot be directly exchanged based solely on nominal caliber.
